How this product service works:
Once you have placed your order with us we will send you email instructions on how to upload your PDF or Microsoft Word DOC file to us for handwriting. We will handwrite the contents of the file and insert the documents into an envelope. We hand address the address the envelope as well. The proper required postage will be applied to the letter and is included in the order price. You will receive a free confirmation email from us indicating that we mailed the item for you. If you select the upgrade from USPS First Class Mail to USPS Priority Mail, we will also email you the tracking number for your shipment supplied to us by the United States Postal Service.
What do you need to do to properly process the order?
Be sure to count the total number of words in your source document that we will be handwriting. You then need to set the total number of words in your document on this page before adding this item to your shopping cart. You then need to select Standard First Class Postage (included) or the Priority Mail Upgrade. There are additional options for mailing from a different city (Old Town, Florida is the default and included for no additional cost) and English/Spanish language translation services. If you do not need those optional services then please leave them unselected.

After your order is received it can take up to 24 hours for us to respond to you with the instructions for sending us your file due to differences in time zones between us and our customers. If your purchase during our normal business hours of Monday-Saturday 10-4 EST it will usually be prompt.
