Who are you? Tell me a little bit about your company.
Radicarian LLC is a company with multiple business enterprises. We operate a software engineering firm with numerous web properties. We are located in a small town in North Florida (Old Town, Fl) in Dixie County, Florida (A Geographically Large County with a small population of approximately 16,000 people).

What are your payment addresses for digital payment and how much do I pay?
As far as making a PayPal payment you can send a PayPal payment for the same amount you would mail to us using cash or money order (we only accept US Postal or Western Union Money Orders) as PayPal is transacted in U.S. Dollars.

We do accept Bitcoin on a case by case basis.

Oh yeah, you will need our payment addresses too!

Can you help us send a letter completely over the net without mailing it in?
We do offer this service. If you do not mind us knowing the content of your letter (we will still keep it confidential) then you can pay us using a digital payment method (PayPal) and email us a PDF or DOC file. We will then print that PDF or DOC file for you, place it in an envelope, address it for you, apply the correct postage and mail it out for you the same day.  If this is done before our postal pickup time it will typically go out the same day. Otherwise, it would be the next business day. If you wish to use this service then you will need to give us a call at 352-444-1200 or send us an email.  We will discuss the matter with you and provide you a quote.

What postmark will be on my letters and/or packages?
As part of our basic fees, your mail will be postmarked from OLD TOWN, FLORIDA 32680. Sometimes if hand processing is not available immediately in Old Town (if they are extremely busy for example) then your items will have a postmark from Gainesville, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida. If you MUST have an Old Town, Florida cancellation then please indicate so on your remailing form. All other towns with additional fees will GUARANTEE that postmark to be hand canceled on the envelope. As an OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL service with fees ranging from $10-$60 (total for the trip regardless of the number of items being remailed) the following cities are available:

Chiefland, Florida – $10 Additional Charge
Cross City, Florida – $20 Additional Charge
Steinhatchee, Florida – $30 Additional Charge
Otter Creek, Florida – $30 Additional Charge
Trenton, Florida – $30 Additional Charge

Is it necessary that I put a return address on my mail?
A return address is only necessary when sending a package as packages need a return address per USPS Postal Regulations.

You can indicate what return address you wish to use for the item when submitting your item(s) to us for processing. 

We DO NOT permit the use of our business address as a return address.

However, it is permitted to have the return address the same as the recipient’s address.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is CASH in U.S. Dollars. We also accept US Postal Money Orders, Western Union Money Orders & PayPal.

Can I remail with priority or express mail?
Yes, you can. We only provide this service for mail remailed from Old Town, Florida. You need to calculate postage based on an origin zip code of 32680. For the USPS Postal Calculator CLICK HERE

Do you keep all of our information confidential and anonymous?
Absolutely. We do not keep records of our remailing activities. We shred everything that you send us that is not intended for remailing.
The only exception to this “record-keeping” policy is if you pay via PayPal. Obviously, if you pay using PayPal there will be a record of your payment.

If I am requesting a delayed mailing of item(s) what is that maximum period of time that I can request?
We allow you to specify a date for remailing up to a maximum of 180 days (6 months) from when we receive your items.

Can I send an item using the REGISTERED MAIL or CERTIFIED MAIL service?
No, we do not offer this option.

Can I send an item with Delivery Confirmation?
Yes, you sure can. The easiest way for you to do this is to affix one of the green and white delivery confirmation slips to your item. You can obtain these slips at any post office. Be sure that you add enough additional postage to cover the cost of the delivery confirmation service. IMPORTANT: Be sure to write down the Delivery Confirmation number so that you can check for the delivery of your item(s) on the USPS website. We do NOT keep a record of delivery confirmation numbers so be sure to record that data yourself.

Do you provide a handwritten letter service?
Yes, we do. We provide handwriting services in the written hand of either a male or female writer, your choice. The fee is a base fee of $1.00 per page plus $0.10 per word in addition to the regular remailing fees. For this service, you need to include a handwritten or typed letter to us that you want us to re-write for you.

Do you provide translated hand-written letter services?
Yes we do. Much like the standard handwriting services we offer in the written hand of either a male or female writer, we can provide the same service with an English/Spanish translation. Our translators are NATIVE Speakers of both English and Spanish so translations are professionally translated by a PERSON NOT SOFTWARE. The fee is a base fee of $1.00 per page plus $0.20 per word in addition to the regular remailing fees. For this service, you need to include a handwritten or typed letter to us that you want us to translate and re-write for you.

Can you remail my item(s) to an address outside of the United States?
We only provide this service for regular letters weighing less than 1 ounce to locations outside of the United States. We do not provide remailing services for anything that would require a customs form.

Will you stop and return my mail to me if I change my mind and no longer want you to remail my items?
Yes. If you no longer want us to remail your items you must immediately send us an email at support@rapidremailer.com or call us at 352-444-1200. We check our email each morning before processing the mail. To identify yourself you need to provide in the email or voice call either the full name and address of the recipients OR the mailing confirmation number (if you selected that service from us). Once we have stopped the remailing service for you we will either destroy the items for you or we can arrange to send them back to you. If you want the items sent back to you it will require an additional fee to cover costs such as postage.

How much postage do I need to put on my items?
You need to know the weight of your items. You can use the Postage Calculator on the USPS website. CLICK HERE to access the postal calculator. Be sure to use zip code 32680 for the “From ZIP Code” field.

Is your service really anonymous? What about me using this website?
We don’t make any special effort to record the IP address of our visitors. We have many visitors that come to our web site, some may purchase our services, some may not. There really is no way of easily “matching up” someone’s IP address to items that would be sent in for remailing services, nearly impossible really. Once items have been remailed we shred any leftover materials that were not remailed such as the envelope that you used to us your items. We don’t keep any logs of what we remail.

Is using a remailing service legal?
Of course. You don’t think we would be providing illegal services openly on the Internet, do you? We offer an ethical and honest service for legal purposes. You are simply paying us for our labor of hand-delivering your mail to a post location for mailing. We do NOT condone any illegal use of our service or the US Postal Service. Additionally, we will not provide any handwriting services that would relate to any illegal activity, such as threats to someone’s life or well being. We are not providing this service to anyone for illegal purposes and will not do anything we believe is being done illegally. Obviously, we will not be able to read your sealed mail and you are solely responsible for the content of such. There is nothing illegal about keeping your location private and that is the basis of the services we are providing to you.

Can I order something from a company like Amazon or eBay, have it sent to you, and then have you forward it to me?
No, we do not offer this service.  To accept mail on behalf of another company or individual, as in it is addressed to you and not us, would require us to be registered with the United States Postal Service as a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency).  It would require us to obtain notarized identification documents from all customers.  In addition, certain people would attempt to use this type of service for ordering items with stolen credit cards to conceal their identity.  For these reasons, we have decided to not offer this service.

Can I have someone send you a letter to you and then you forward it to me so I can remain anonymous?
We do not offer this service at the moment.  We do have plans on offering a type of “pen pal” service in the near future.

Can I email you a PDF file to print and mail out for me?
Yes, we offer this service. Please send us an email with the details outlining what you wish to do (to include where the item has to be sent, what service level such as First Class Mail or Priority Mail you are are interested in using) and we will get back to you with details and costs.

You have the online confirmation service available but what if I want the tracking numbers from Priority Mail?
The “anonymous confirmation service” we offer is best suited for those using regular First Class mail as there is no postal tracking offered.  If you want to ship something priority mail and we are purchasing the postage for you it will come with a USPS tracking number.  If you provide us an email address at the time of your order and request that we forward you the USPS tracking number(s) we will do so at no additional cost to you.

Can we send items to Rapid Remailer ™ that we want processed to Rapid Remailer ™ using UPS, FedEx or DHL?
Yes, we have a physical office address so we can receive UPS, FedEx or DHL packages INBOUND to us.  We don’t send OUT out using anything but the U.S. Postal Service.  In other words, we can receive your items basically via any carrier.

If you are going to be sending something to us using any method OTHER than the USPS we ask that you let us know in advance and send us the tracking number. 

Many times we have completed our workday in a few hours and we leave for the day once all mail is processed.  We know exactly when our mail will be delivered to us but are not normally expecting a delivery from UPS or another carrier.  We need to know in advance when the items are being delivered otherwise we might miss the delivery and cause you a processing delay.   Just send us an email with the tracking number letting us know to expect an inbound delivery.

We have a high volume of letters to remail. Do you offer a commercial rate or discounts for large volumes?
We do offer discounts for large volumes of mail. We also offer commercial accounts and pricing.  Contact us for a review of your needs and to discuss pricing.

Can you offer drop shipping type services? I have common items or letters that I want to store with you and ship on demand.
Yes.  We have the ability to store your inventory (items or letters) for on-demand mailing.  For example, let’s say you have 50 bracelets that you want us to keep in inventory.  You send the items to us and we charge you a small monthly warehousing fee.  When you need to send items out you can forward the shipping info to us with a postage payment.  We can keep a cash balance account for you as well. We then will process the items out for you.  In the event of letters, it is best to pre-apply the postage stamps and we can charge you a flat fee to store and process all the envelopes over time.
