1 Letter – Customer fully prepared without confirmation service.

I want to send you an envelope to be remailed.  I have already written it and put it in an envelope.  I have addressed the envelope and put a stamp on it.  I am then going to place that envelope inside a bigger envelope and mail it to you for processing.  I don’t need the optional confirmation service.

What is the Fee?

$2.00 – Basic Remailing Fee.

Total Fee = $2.00

2 Letters – Customer did some of the work but wants hand-addressing.

I want to send you two envelopes to be remailed to different locations.  I have already written both letters and placed them in two different envelopes.  I want you to hand address both letters and I have put sticky notes with the delivery and return address desired on each envelope. I have put stamps on both envelopes so I don’t need to buy postage. I just want you to address each envelope and mail them out.  Also, I would like the optional confirmation service so that I know when both envelopes are mailed.

What is the Fee?

$2.00 – Basic Remailing Fee x 2 Envelopes = $4.00
$1.00 – Hand Addressing Fee x 2 Envelopes = $2.00
$1.00 – Optional Confirmation Service (Covers All Items in Batch) – $1.00

Total Fee = $7.00

1 Letter – Customer wants handwritten letter, hand-addressed envelope and postage affixed.

I want to send you a printed page that I want handwritten by a female.  The letter contains 166 words.  I have supplied you the delivery and return address desired as well for you to use. I need you to supply an envelope and hand-address it for me.  I also want you to provide the postage. Also, I would like the optional confirmation service so that I know when the envelope is mailed.

What is the Fee?

$2.00 – Basic Remailing Fee
$1.00 – Hand-Addressing Fee (Envelope included)
$1.00 – Postage Stamping Service
$0.60 – Postage for a Letter up to 3 pages
$1.00 – Base Fee For Handwritten Letter
$16.60 – Additional per word Fee for a handwritten letter (166 words x $.10 per word)
$1.00 – Optional Confirmation Service

Total Fee = $23.20

1 Letter – Customer wants to supply printed letter, hand-addressed envelope and postage affixed.

I want to send you a printed page that I place in an envelope.  The letter is one page in length.  I have supplied you the delivery and return address desired as well for you to use. I need you to supply an envelope and hand-address it for me.  I also want you to provide the postage. Also, I would like the optional confirmation service so that I know when the envelope is mailed.

What is the Fee?

$2.00 – Basic Remailing Fee
$1.00 – Hand-Addressing Fee (Envelope included)
$1.00 – Postage Stamping Service
$0.60 – Postage for a Letter up to 3 pages
$1.00 – Optional Confirmation Service

Total Fee = $5.60

Note:  This example is almost the same as the prior example.  The difference is that the customer supplied us a printed letter ready to be inserted into the envelope.  The cost is much less if you don’t need a handwritten letter and instead can use a printed page instead.  To handwrite a letter is our most labor-intensive activity and why it costs more.

I have a custom request that is not covered in your standard pricing. Are there options?

We understand that not all customers needs can be addressed by a simple set of guidelines.  We have some customers that have very high volumes of items to be remailed and based on that volume receive certain discounts.  We also have cases where customers want to email us a file to be printed or handwritten and mailed out.  We can offer those types of services as well.   The best thing to do is send us an email explaining exactly what you need in a very clear and detailed manner and we will respond to you with a quote.
