SERVICEDESCRIPTION & FEES
BASIC MAILING SERVICEWe accept and remail any “ready to mail” item(s) that you send to us for processing. By default, unless you pay for additional services, all items will be tendered to the post office located in OLD TOWN, FLORIDA 32680 unless you specify differently. Items will be processed immediately the same day of receipt. Be sure to make sure your items are addressed and have the correct postage affixed unless you are optionally purchasing the postage or hand-writing services below.  Note: Unless you specify that the postmark MUST be Old Town, Fl, sometimes due to machine processing the item might receive a Gainesville, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida postmark.  If you REQUIRE hand cancellation in Old Town, Fl please be sure to let us know.
 
Fees:
 
$2.00 for each LETTER that we are remailing.
 
$5.00 for each PACKAGE that we are remailing between 6 oz and 13 oz in weight.
 
$10.00 for each PACKAGE that we are remailing OVER 13 oz in weight.  Items that are over 13 oz in weight MUST be hand inspected by us prior to shipping.  Any packages that you send to us over 13 oz in weight MUST be left open so that we can inspect the contents.  This must be done for postal security reasons and once we have determined the contents are legal and safe we will seal the box and process it out for you. MAXIMUM WEIGHT 50 lbs **
 
** NOTE:  We will NOT process any package over 13 oz containing anything OTHER THAN DOCUMENTS to the following destinations:  Any US Government office have it be Local, State or Federal,  United States Military facility of any kind, office of an official of the United States Government (Senator, House Member, etc), police department or other law enforcement office, common carrier facility (UPS, FedEx, Etc), airport, school (public or private), jail or prison facility, place or worship (church, mosque, holy facility), or College/University.  Additionally, if we consider a destination “sensitive” or “high risk” we reserve the option to not process any item for security reasons.   This is done for obvious security reasons and to extend an extra level of effort to help protect high-risk individuals and organizations.

DELAYED MAILING SERVICEWe accept and remail any “ready to mail” item(s) that you send to us for processing. By default, unless you pay for additional services, all items will be postmarked from the post office located in OLD TOWN, FLORIDA 32680. We will hold items for remailing on the date you specify up to a MAXIMUM of 6 months from the day we receive the package from you containing item(s) to be processed. Be sure to make sure your items are addressed and have the correct postage affixed unless you are optionally purchasing the postage or hand-writing services below. Note: Unless you specify that the postmark MUST be Old Town, Fl, sometimes due to machine processing the item might receive a Gainesville, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida postmark.  If you REQUIRE hand cancellation in Old Town, Fl please be sure to let us know.

LETTER WRITING SERVICESWould you like a letter wrote by us in our handwriting? Enclose your letter in your package to us and we will hand write it for you. By default letters will be written by a female but if you would like we can have it written by a male as well. If you do not specify it will be written by a female or male depending on who is available at the time.

Fees:

$1.00 base fee per page (covers paper and envelope) and $0.10 per word. Please be sure to pay for any required postage as well.

LETTER WRITING SERVICES WITH TRANSLATION INTO ENGLISH OR SPANISH.Do you want to write to someone in Spanish but do not know the language well enough to do so yourself? We can translate any letter written in English to Spanish for you. We can translate it to what would be considered Spanish written with a “Spaniard” influence (as in someone from Spain) or a “Latin American” influence (someone from Central/South America). They are nearly identical but our translators are native speakers from both locations. Our translators are NATIVE Speakers of both English & Spanish so you can be assured that the letter will be translated properly and by someone that knows both Spanish and English completely fluently and not using a software translator or some other method that will provide terrible results. English and Spanish do not translate “word for word” and this is what most translation software packages do and it will not sound correct. It will be written by a female or typed and printed, your choice. If you do not specify it will be handwritten.

SERVICIOS DE TRADUCCIÓN. ¿Le quieres escribirle algo a alguien en inglés, mas no dominas el idioma lo suficientemente bien para poder hacerlo? Nosotros te podemos traducir cualquier carta del inglés al español en inglés estilo Americano, tal como se habla en los Estados Unidos, bien sea formal o informal. Nuestros traductores se criaron hablando ambos idiomas de manera que puedes confiar completamente en que la traducción será fiel y precisa, hecha por alguien que domina perfectamente ambos idiomas en vez de alguien que utiliza programas de traducción u otros métodos, los cuales solamente producen pobres resultados. Al traducir del español al inglés uno no puede traducir “palabra por palabra” dado a las diferencias entre los dos idiomas, mas eso es exactamente lo que la mayoría de los programas de traducción hacen, produciendo una traducción inapropiada y de poca calidad. HAND ADDRESSING SERVICESIf you would like us to hand address a letter for you we can provide this service to you. In the package that you send to us for processing be sure to include a piece of paper indicating the name and address to be used when addressing your item(s). If sending multiple items make sure that you clearly indicate which item is being used with what address if being sent to a different address. The best way to do this is to paperclip a separate piece of paper to each item with a paperclip so there is no chance of the address being associated with the wrong item.

POSTMARK FROM DIFFERENT POST OFFICEAs part of our basic fees, your mail will be postmarked from OLD TOWN, FLORIDA 32680. As an OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL service with fees ranging from $10-$60 (total for trip regardless of the number of items being remailed) the following cities are available:

** Note: Sometimes the post office does not hand cancel by default which means your item might actually bear a postmark from Gainesville, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida due to machine processing (no additional charge if this happens). If it is CRITICAL that you MUST have an Old Town, Florida postmark then please be sure to indicate so with your order.

POSTAGE STAMPING SERVICESIf you would like us to purchase and affix the necessary postage to your item(s) we can provide this service. For an additional fee of $1.00 per item AND the cost of the postage, we can affix the postage to your item(s).

ONLINE CONFIRMATION SERVICESThis is a popular service. If you would like to know when we receive your item(s) and processed them for mailing (mailing drop off date) then this is the service for you. To use this service either use our processing form and include a “confirmation number” between 6 to 12 digits in length or write one on a piece of paper where we will clearly see it. 

After we receive and process your item(s) we will post the number on our CONFIRMATION PAGE and you will be able to make note of the processing date and time or receipt and mailing. The mailing date will be the same as the date we receive it unless you request Delayed Mailing Services. This ensures you can obtain confirmation of our receipt and processing of your item(s) while remaining anonymous.
 
Fees:
 
$1.00 per confirmation number. The confirmation number will be used for ALL items in your package. This is NOT a per item charge but a per package charge for the entire package we receive from you.
