For an additional fee of $1 per total batch (not per piece) we receive from you to be remailed we will provide a confirmation that we received and processed your item(s). The way the service works is you place an identification number on the "processing form" you mail to us that you will remember. This confirmation number is a minimum of 6 numbers and a maximum of 12 numbers. Once we receive and process your item(s) we post the number here on this page with date received and date processed. They will typically be the same dates unless you requested delayed mailing. In the case of delayed mailing there will be two posts, one on the day we receive the item(s) so you know they were received and the second date will be the date of remailing so you know they were sent out.
Confirmation numbers are displayed on a 2 month sliding schedule and then deleted.
Interesting Statistic (which surprised us honestly): Less than 25% of our customers request confirmation service.
Remember, confirmation service is only $1 additional for ALL items in a batch you send us.
